Inside each muffler is a valve you control from a key fob remote. Valve closed, exhaust flows through the muffler's chambers and stays near-stock quiet. Valve open, exhaust bypasses the baffling for a deep, aggressive tone. One button switches between them anytime.
The kit is universal-fit and works with a wide range of vehicles, but it's welded in place of your existing mufflers — so fitment depends on your exhaust setup. Email us your year, make, model, and current exhaust at contact.jassautoworks@gmail.com and we'll confirm before you order.
Significantly louder and deeper than stock — how loud depends on your engine, existing exhaust, and whether you run one or both valves open. Closed, most cars return to near-stock volume for daily driving.
Exhaust noise and modification laws vary by state and province, and it's your responsibility to know the rules where you drive. The valve system actually helps here — you can run quiet mode on the street and open it up where it's appropriate.
Any exhaust or fabrication shop can weld the mufflers in — typically an hour or two of labor. The remote system is plug-and-play: run the vacuum lines, connect the control box to 12V power, and pair the remotes. Installation video coming soon.

Muffler dimensions
Single-inlet / dual-outlet mufflers share the same dimensions.
Valved mufflers — one pair of T304 stainless valved mufflers.
Vacuum control box — generates the vacuum that opens and closes the valves on command.
Vacuum lines — tubing to connect the control box to each muffler.
12V power adaptor — plugs into your cigarette lighter, or hardwire it using the built-in power and ground leads.
Keyed RF remote — open or close your valves at the touch of a button. The RF signal can even be programmed into your vehicle's garage-door opener buttons.
Exhaust tips — optional chrome, burnt, and black tips (2.5" and 3" inlet) are coming to the store soon, discounted when paired with a kit.
Welding is required to install these mufflers in place of your existing exhaust.
